I have known Jacquelyn for nearly six years, as a fellow student and a friend. We first met at Suffolk University, where we studied together In the economics track.
Through this time, I knew Jacquelyn to be an extremely intelligent, self-motivated, well-versed and hard working student, who excelled inside and outside the classroom. In the economics track, our course load was often rigorous, extremely quantitative and at times overwhelming – and not once did I see Jacquelyn waver. More importantly, not only was she successful in the classroom, but she helped those around her be successful too, often taking time to guide her peers to master difficult concepts, theories and their coursework, overall.
Jacquelyn can best be described as diligent and faithful in all of her work, as driven and persistent in accomplishing her goals, and as an outstanding teammate and motivator, standing out amongst her peers. During my 4 years at Suffolk University, Jackie was one of the best students to work with in a group project. Her innate leadership skills coupled with a friendly, amiable disposition made group projects seemingly effortless. She is a diligent worker, dedicated, and very intelligent. My last group project with Jackie as team-leader was one of the best groups I’ve ever worked with because Jackie led the team with confidence and inspired the group to do his/her delegated task. As a leader, she is open to other member’s ideas and opinions and is excellent at time-management. I highly recommend Jackie!
