Jacquelyn manages the global SEO strategy for a large B2C travel client. From SEO 101 website optimization tags to advanced content marketing strategies, Jacquelyn does it all. Much of her time is spent analyzing and revising the client’s strategy from mobile performance, branded vs. nonbranded keyword rankings and geotargeted location performance.

Propel Marketing – SEO Specialist

February 2013 – August 2013

Jacquelyn manages the entire SEO department at Propel Marketing including both product offerings and improvements along with client strategies. Currently Jacquelyn manages over 175 client strategies and is excited to build up an SEO team at Propel. In addition to managing client strategies, Jacquelyn continues to train and educate her peers on digital and SEO updates through trainings and a monthly search update newsletter.

Brafton, Inc. – Content Marketing Strategist

August 2011 – February 2013 (1 year 7 months)

Facilitate end to end management of the client relationship, service delivery and demonstration of ROI. Create, implement and revise content marketing strategies for over 60 corporate clients. Project management of integration and editorial processes. Liaise with the editorial departments to ensure compliance of client’s editorial brief. Conduct and lead internal review meetings, external client ROI review calls and other communications. Conduct SEO research, reporting and analysis. Stay current on Google changes and industry updates in order to educate clients and revise strategy accordingly.

The Boston Bodyworker – Marketing Manager

September 2010 – August 2011 (1 year)

Create a new 12 week trainee program teaching professionalism, selling, retention, patient service and more for all new staff. Implement new monthly Partnership Plan for patients; review sales and retention reports of partnership sales. Maintain social media marketing accounts including Facebook, Twitter, HootSuite and Yelp. Explore possible sponsorship opportunities; organize promotional and cause marketing events (Boston Marathon, Pan Mass, Team in Training, MitoAction, and MS Society). Implement a new CRM and scheduling database. Edit and send e-marketing communications, direct mailings and promotional pieces. Maintain patient rewards program. Run and research volume, marketing analysis and quarterly retention reports. Research and report customer survey findings. Handle all patient service issues. Hold quarterly staff meetings regarding sales and retention. Promoted from office manager position upon graduation with BSBA.
